The minimum requirement that customers require for BrightPay:

     · The latest version of these four main browsers - Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari.
     · Internet speed - at least 10 Mbps

Q. How can I find out what version of BrightPay I’m using?

A. On the BrightPay Cloud screen, look to the top left. You’ll see a BrightPay label with an orange background, just to the left of your Organisation and Employer name.

Click on this BrightPay label to open an information screen about BrightPay, which also includes links to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Under this section, you’ll see the BrightPay version number displayed.
