If the maximum number of employees have been added to the payroll (including both active employees and leavers), you will be unable to add another employee to the software.
In this case, please contact the Payroll Support team at brightpayuksupport@brightsg.com with the name of the Organisation and Employer along with the number of extra employees that you require.
Please note: It may not always be possible to increase the employee numbers above a certain threshold. This is to ensure smooth running of the payroll software.
