Once a Client Portal user has been added to the software, you can email a portal instruction invitation to them.
Within the Employer > Client portal section, click on More > Email Client Portal Instructions to Client User(s)
Select the user(s) you wish to send the invitation to and click OK.
They will then receive an email with access instructions and a link to the Client Portal.
Q: How can I check if a client user (employer) has accessed or logged in to the Client Portal after being invited?
A: There is currently no way to view or track whether a client user has accessed or signed up for the Client Portal once the invitation has been sent. There is no activity report, 'last viewed', or 'last active' date available
