A Bureau Statistics Report can be accessed at any time via the BrightPay Browser Employers screen.
- Simply click the More icon to the Right of the Batch button, followed by Bureau Statistics Report:
This feature allows a payroll bureaus to create a statistical report containing data for each of their clients shown on their Open Company screen in order to assist with billing purposes, etc.
- Select the Organisation to include on the report
- Select how you wish to Display employers by
- Name
- PAYE Reference
- Accounts Office Reference
- Unique Tax Reference
- Corporation Tax Reference
- Number of employees
- Client contact name
- Client contact email
- Client contact phone
- Alternate client contact name
- Alternate client contact email
- Alternate client contact phone
- Client managed by
- Client status
- Client due date
- Client notes
- Select the date range for the report
- Select the data to include for each employer
Reporting data to choose from includes;
- Finalised payslips
- New starters
- Leavers
- Total P60s
- Total P11Ds
- RTI submissions sent
- Automatic enrolments/re-enrolments
- Opt-outs/cessations
- Enrolment submissions sent
- Contributions submissions sent
After selecting your report criteria, simply click View Report... . This report can subsequently be printed, emailed or exported as required.
Alternatively, to export the data to CSV, click Export Report to CSV... .
