When does this apply?

- You process payroll for multiple sites or locations under the same PAYE reference.  

- You have reached the maximum number of employees allowed in your BrightPay Cloud employer and have been advised to split your payroll into multiple files.

- You are migrating to BrightPay Cloud, but your payroll exceeds the current employee limit, requiring you to operate multiple payroll files.
