If there is a missing ID for one or more employees, you may get an error when trying to submit the pension contributions. To check this, within the Pensions section, click on the 'More' spanner > View/Enter People's Pension Alternative Unique ID Values. If there are any missing, they will need filling in. You can get this information from The People's Pension online portal.
D/U02 error usually means that the worker group doesn't exist on the People's Pension portal and has been set up in Bright Pay.
The group's name needs to match and employee should be enrolled into the same group on both systems.
You must ensure the enrolment dates are the same too. To check / amend the enrolment date in BrightPay, go to Employees > Automatic enrolment tab.
This error is coming directly from The Peoples Pension so it will be the best to contact them if more assistance is required.
