You can usually access your payslips and P60s through the BrightPay employee self-service portal.

Accessing the employee self-service portal

1. Go to employee.brightpay.com
2. Log in using your username and password
3. Once logged in, go to the Payslips (and/or Documents) section

If your employer has enabled the self-service portal, you will see your payslips and P60s listed here.

Note: If you don’t see any documents, it may mean your employer has not yet enabled self-service for you.

Forgotten your password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you’ll need to reset it.

Steps to reset a password:

• Go to the Employee Self-Service Portal login page.
• Click the "Forgot password?" link below the login fields.
• Enter the email address associated with your Bright ID.

• You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the link in the email to create a new password.

   

• Important Notes:

• The employer or payroll administrator cannot reset the password for the employee; the reset is handled securely by the system.
• If the reset email does not arrive, please check your spam or junk folder.

After resetting your password, return to employee.brightpay.com and log in again

What to do next

Contact your employer’s payroll or HR team to:

• Request copies of your payslip or P60
• Ask whether the employee self-service portal is enabled for you
• Request that self-service access be enabled if it’s not currently available
• If you’re unable to access BrightPay Employee Self service even though access has already been enabled, please ask your employer to contact BrightPay so we can investigate the issue.
