Q. How can I add the Pension letter to the Employees Self Service Portal?
A. If you would like to have the pension letter on the Employees Self Service portal you can enable this feature in Employer > Employee Portal Settings - under Document Availability, enable 'Make Auto Enrolment letters available alongside finalised payslips where relevant'
Q. Can I amend the pension letter template that is sent to employees?
A. The pension letter templates are pre-programmed in BrightPay and unfortunately you cannot amend them. If you wish to use another format or wording, you would have to create a letter manually and then upload it into the employee's portal using the Resources section.
