As BrightPay Desktop will reach its end of life on 5th April 2026, the associated BrightPay Connect add-on will also be discontinued. We want to ensure you have a clear understanding of your options moving forward.

Your Options for BrightPay Connect Access (desktop portal)

• Option 1: Migrate to BrightPay Cloud
  If you migrate to our new cloud solution, you will retain full access to BrightPay Connect for two years at no additional charge, until 5th April 2028. This extension includes access for both employers and your employees. This is the best way to ensure uninterrupted service and benefit from our latest features.
  
   
• Option 2: Do Not Migrate
  If you choose not to transition to BrightPay Cloud, your access to BrightPay Connect will end on 11th July 2026. Please note that you will not be charged for your access from 5th April 2026 to 11th July 2026.

By migrating to BrightPay Cloud, you can extend your BrightPay Connect access for prolonged data retention, ensuring you continue to access your past payroll information without needing to export or store it elsewhere for 2 years.

In addition, BrightPay Cloud provides many of the features you already know and love from BrightPay Connect, making your transition seamless.

Note: Although the access to Connect is being extended, BrightPay will only be available in the Cloud for 2026/27 tax year onwards.
