How to enable your clients to onboard new employees from the Client Portal:
In BrightPay, go to Employer > Client Portal > Settings and ensure you have set up the users you want to access employer data on the Client Portal.
Under the Permissions section, enable the option Enable employee onboarding for for the relevant users on the Client Portal.
To enable employee onboarding for users on the Client Portal, tick the box for Enable employee onboarding for.
Select the user types you want to have permission to onboard employees – All users or Super users only.
Select Save to save the changes. Further changes can be made by editing this option at any time. When a user logs into the Client Portal for the employer, they will see the option for Employee Onboarding in the Employees section.
