What Happens If You Enter the Wrong Password Too Many Times?
If you enter the wrong password several times in a row—whether you’re an Employee, Team Member, Manager, or User—you’ll see a message letting you know:
“Your account has been temporarily locked out. Please try again later.”
Don’t worry, this is just a security feature designed to keep your account safe.
Want to regain access quickly?
Simply click the “Forgot password” link on the login page.
You’ll receive an email with a new verification code—just follow the instructions to reset your password.
Once you’ve set a new password, you’ll be able to log in as usual.
