Salary Sacrifice
Complete salary sacrifice management now available
You can now manage salary sacrifice arrangements for employees through pension schemes and dedicated deductions. Configure which pay items contribute to salary sacrifice, set up pension scheme sacrifice methods (all pay, up to a limit, or excess over limit), and automatically calculate employer National Insurance savings. The system tracks salary-sacrificeable pay, the sacrifice amount, employer NI savings, and the salary sacrifice employer contribution per payslip and year-to-date. New reporting columns show all these figures, and the payslip calculation summary includes a dedicated salary sacrifice section. Employers can pass through the NI saving to employee pensions, and automatic prompts help you link sacrifices to pension schemes where needed.
Available in: Payroll settings, scheme deductions, Analysis and Period Summary reports |
Payslip email batches now complete even if one document fails
When you send payslips or other documents by email in bulk, a problem rendering one document no longer stops the entire batch. Failed documents are automatically retried after 10 minutes (up to two attempts), and you'll see a summary of which documents were sent and which weren't. You'll also know exactly which recipients didn't receive their documents after the final retry attempt.
