We’ve added timestamps to show when invitations Instructions are sent to:
- Employee Self-Service
- Client Portal users
This enhancement provides a clear audit trail, helping you track communication and access more effectively.
Important: Any emails sent before this functionality went live will not be backdated.
A timestamp will only be shown for emails sent after this time.
This went live in BrightPay on 23 April 2026.
