To password-protect emailed payslips, you need to ensure that when emailing payslips, the option to password protect the email attachments is checked.
Additionally, employee and employer passwords should be set under the 'Employees record > HR/other' and 'Employer tab > Client details' sections, respectively.
Note: It is not possible to password-protect individual employer files or payrolls in BrightPay Cloud. Password protection is only available for emailed payslips.
How do I set a password for an employee’s payslip in BrightPay Cloud?
Go to Employees > select the employee > HR tab > enter or update the payslip password in the relevant field. This password will be required to open any password-protected emailed payslips for that employee
