BrightPay's phone support is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that on Tuesdays, support lines open at 9:30 AM. Support is also unavailable from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM each day.

Q How long will BrightPay for Windows/Mac be supported?
A The 2025/26 version of BrightPay for Windows will be supported for the entire tax year. However, BrightPay for Mac will no longer be available, and support for it will be discontinued.
Q Does BrightPay cloud offer free product support?

Q How can I archive a client or employer or a company?
A Currently, BrightPay does not have a dedicated "archive" feature for clients, companies, or employers. If you need to stop processing payroll for a client or employer, you can remove them from your active list. However, please note that this action will delete them from your organisation, rather than simply archiving their details.

Q Can I password-protect individual employer files or payrolls in BrightPay Cloud?
A No, password protection applies only to emailed payslips. All employer and payroll data is secured via your BrightPay Cloud login
