Features Not yet Completed

The following features for BrightPay for Windows/Mac that have not yet been completed in the new cloud version of BrightPay:

• Employers with more than 300 employees

  Currently, BrightPay has a limit of 300 employees, including leavers. If you believe you might reach this limit or have already done so, please contact our sales or support team for assistance.  Please note - This is a limit per employer and the number is including active employees and leavers

   

• Various other documents and reports:
  • Create employee address labels

Other cloud-only features coming later:

• Additional integrations
• Lots more

In the 26/27 tax year, it will be possible to restrict / allow access to client users by departments.

Aviva API integration will be available in the 2026/27 tax year (coming soon).
