This article explains current limitations and requirements that apply to trial organisations in BrightPay Cloud.

Email limits for trial organisations

Trial organisations are limited to 5 emails per day.

If you need a higher email limit during your trial, please contact the BrightPay Support team. The Support team can increase this limit for you, we will endeavour to process your request as soon as possible

Creating new Organisations – temporary limitations

At the moment, there are some temporary restrictions affecting a small number of customers:

• New organisations cannot be created using:
  • Gmail
  • Hotmail
  • Outlook.com

If you are currently using one of the email addresses listed above and are unable to create an organisation because of these restrictions, you will be able to do so on Monday, 9 November.

Organisation verification

New organisations must be verified before they can send emails from BrightPay Cloud.

An organisation is automatically verified once it makes one of the following submissions:

• UK: First RTI submission 
• Ireland: First RPN submission 
• CIS: First CIS300 return

Once verified:

• The organisation works as normal
• There are no email limits
• There are no user limits

Until verification:

• The organisation can invite at most 5 team members
• Email sending is subject to the trial email limit described above
